Newspaper: Armenia acting PM's "mutually beneficial" proposal to collapse state system?

29 May 2021, 11:17 - NovostiNK
Hraparak daily of Armenia writes: [Acting PM] Nikol Pashinyan's "mutually beneficial" proposal may collapse the state system.

Unrest has matured not only at the MFA, but also at the security forces—the MOD, the NSS [(National Security Service)]—where a parade of dismissals is expected. Here they are concerned about the idea of withdrawing the [Armenian] army from the border and deploying observers [there].

Yesterday we were informed that Deputy Foreign Ministers Gagik Ghalachyan and Artak Apitonyan also have written letters [of resignation]. And the authorities are persuading [Deputy FM] Avet Adonts to withdraw his letter, promising to appoint [him] minister.

[But] resignations do not follow [one another] among the ambassadors, just because the internal code of conduct of diplomats forbids it—at least for now.
