In order to guarantee the rights of residents of Syunik region, there should not be any roads or in the immediate vicinity of villages (flags and signs). The Ombudsman of Armenia Arman Tatoyan wrote about this on his Facebook page.

“Don't they shoot near the villages of Syunik?

Isn't the President of Azerbaijan saying that their "strategic and political goal is to return to Zangezur, Yerevan, Sevan" and with insults and words full of hatred, speaks of the entire population of Armenia, Artsakh?” Tatoyan said. “Azerbaijani soldiers used the same words when they tortured and killed Armenian soldiers and civilians (evidence is presented in the attached video).

All this justifies the fact that they (flags and signs) should not be on the roads or in the immediate vicinity of villages in order to guarantee the rights of residents of Syunik region,” the Armenian Ombudsman noted.
