Henaket Analytical Center head Tigran Abrahamyan on Wednesday called for specific measures and certainty in regard to the developments around Artsakh.
"In parallel with the search for solutions to the issues of ensuring the security of Artsakh people and increasing the security level of Artsakh, it is necessary to find operational solutions to provide our compatriots living there with the necessary life support and well-being.
“Social assistance programs, good or bad, resolve short-term problems,” he wrote on Facebook.
He stressed the need to take steps to allow Artsakh people to earn their own income instead of seeking help from the state.
“There is a lack of balanced statements, specific measures and certainty concerning the developments around Artsakh,” Abrahamyan added.
