Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan of Armenia offered congratulations to Arthur Meschian, a popular Armenian rock musician, singer, composer, artist and architect serving as Yerevan's Chief Architect, on his 70th birth anniversary, the PM's office said.

Highly original, marked by a unique handwriting and a strong commitment to human values, your architectural and musical creations have left a deep imprint in the cultural heritage of the Armenian people. I am very glad that you carry on your creative activities, contributing thereby to the development of our capital city Yerevan.
Reiterating my congratulations, I wish you, Mr. Meschian, robust health, happiness, fruitful activities and new creative achievements,” the message says.
